Our rules enforce a strict policy against repeat infringers. If a user repeatedly violates copyright laws by posting infringing content, we may:

Restrict access to our platform to prevent further violations.

4. False Claims & Legal Consequences

Submitting false DMCA notices or counter-notices can result in legal consequences. Anyone who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing or was wrongly removed may be liable for damages, including court costs and attorney fees under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Users are encouraged to ensure the accuracy of their claims before submitting them.
